加味归脾合剂对慢性免疫性血小板减少症患者T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of Jiawei Guipi Mixture on Immune Function of T-lymphocytes in Patients with Chronic ITP

目的:探讨加味归脾合剂对慢性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者异常T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将符合要求的30例慢性ITP患者随机分成加味归脾合剂治疗组(治疗组)、醋酸波尼松片治疗组(对照组),每组15例,均治疗3个月,观察治疗前后两组T淋巴细胞亚群比例和调节性T淋巴细胞比例的变化。结果:2组治疗前CD3+CD4+CD8-低于正常值,CD3+CD4-CD8+则高于正常值,治疗后改善(P<0.05)。2组治疗前CD4+CD25+细胞/CD4+细胞、CD4+CD25+FoxP3+细胞/CD4+CD25+细胞的比例均低于正常值(P<0.01),治疗后上述异常改善,但仍低于正常对照(P<0.05)。结论:加味归脾合剂可以调节慢性ITP患者异常T细胞免疫功能,增加CD4+CD25+Tregs的数量,增强CD4+CD25+Tregs的免疫抑制功能。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Jiawei Guipi Mixture （JGM） on the immune function of T-lymphocytes in patients with chronic ITP. Methods： 30 chronic ITP patients meeted the requirements were randomly divided into 2 groups, 15 cases in each one. One （treatment group） treated with JGM, the other （controlled group） treated with prednisone acetate tablets. We observed T-lymphocyte subsets and regulatory T-lymphocyte ratio changes before and after treatment for 3 months in two groups. Results： Before treatment, the proportions of CD3^＋CD4^＋CD8^- cells of 2 groups were lower than the normal value,while CD3^＋CD4^-CD8^＋cells were higher. After treatment, they were improved （P 〈0. 05 ）. Before treatment, the proportions of CD4^＋CD25^＋CD4^＋ cells and CD4^＋CD25^＋ FoxP3^＋/CD4^＋CD25^＋ cells of 2 groups were lower than the normal value （P 〈0. 01 ）. After treatment, the proportions were improved （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： JGM can adjust abnormal T-cell immune function in patients with chronic ITP, increase the number of CD4^＋CD25^＋Tregs, enhanced CD4^＋CD25^＋Tregs immune suppression function.
