中药热奄包治疗湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎性包块120例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Herb Hot Package to Treat 240 Cases of Dampness Heat and Blood Stasis Resistance Pelvic Inflammatory Mass

目的:探讨中药热奄包在盆腔炎性包块的临床应用。方法:将240例湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎性包块患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各120例,治疗组在静点抗生素的基础上,采用中药热奄包外敷治疗,对照组仅使用抗生素静点治疗,分别于治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后观察患者下腹痛、白带、包块大小等的变化进行评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率83.33%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热奄包配合抗生素静点治疗盆腔炎性包块可明显缩小盆腔包块,改善患者下腹疼痛、月经失调等症状,具有疗效确切、操作简便、无毒副作用、患者易于接受等优点,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective ： To explore Herb Hot Package in the clinical application of pelvic inflammatory mass. Methods ： 240 cases of dampness heat and blood stasis resistance in patients with pelvic inflammatory masses were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group, 120 cases in treatment group on the basis of the static point of antibiotics, used Herb Hot Package topical treatment, the controlled group only static point therapy with antibiotics, respectively in the treatment after one period of treatment, two observation in patients with lower abdominal pain, leucorrhea, such as package size was changed. Resuits ： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 33% , the controlled group was 83. 33% , compared the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Herb Hot Package with antibiotics static point treatment of pelvic inflammatory masses can obviously reduce pelvic mass, improve patients＇ lower quadrant abdominal pain, menstrual disorder and other symptoms, has a definite effect, simple operation, non-toxic side effects, patients with the advantages of easy to accept, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
