胃复春联合瑞巴派特治疗Hp感染阴性消化性溃疡的研究

Clinical Effects of Rebamipide and Weifuchun in the Treatment of HP Negative Peptic Ulcer

目的:观察瑞巴派特联合胃复春治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)感染阴性消化性溃疡(Peptic ulcer,PU)的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年6月至2013年5月期间就诊于我院的Hp感染阴性PU患者129例为研究对象,随机分为瑞巴派特组(A组,n=43),胃复春组(B组,n=43)和瑞巴派特联合胃复春组(C组,n=43)。疗程为4周,治疗过程中不使用其他对消化系统有作用的药物,4周后分别常规作电子胃镜和病理检查,评价临床症状改善情况、溃疡愈合率及愈合质量情况。结果:(1)患者临床症状在各组均有不同程度缓解,其中B组优于A组(P<0.05),C组优于A组和B组(P<0.05);(2)溃疡愈合率A组总有效率为69.8%,B组总有效率为83.7%,C组总有效率为95.3%。B、C组溃疡愈合率明显高于A组(P<0.05);C组溃疡愈合率明显高于B组(P<0.05);(3)溃疡愈合质量情况B、C组的改善程度显著优于A组(P<0.05),C组的恢复优于B组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:瑞巴派特联合胃复春治疗Hp感染阴性PU明显缓解了临床症状,提高了溃疡愈合率,显著提高了溃疡组织学愈合质量,值得在临床上推广和使用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of rebamipide and Weifuchun on helicobacterpylori （HP） negative peptic ulcer （P U）. Methods： We chose 152 patients who were with peptic ulcer but no HP infection from June 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital. Patients were separated into the rebamipide treated group （A group, n =43 ）, Weifuchun treated group （B group, n = g5 ） and the combined treated group which were given rebamipide and Weifuchun （C group, n=43 ）. After 4 weeks, gastroscopy and biopsy in all groups were measured to evaluate the improvement of clinical symptoms, the rate and quality of ulcer healing. During our experiment, any other drugs which might affect the digestive system should not be allowed. Resuits： The clinical symptoms were relieved to various degrees in each group. In A group, symptoms relieved signifcantly higher than that in B group （ P 〈0. 05）, while in C group, clinical symptoms relieved significantly higher than that in A and B group （P 〈0.05）. The effective rate of ulcer healing in three groups were 69. 8%, 83. 7% and 95. 3% respectively. B and C group showed higher rate of ulcer healing than that in A group （ all P〈0. 05 ）, while the rate in C group was increased compared to B group （95. 3% vs 83. 7%, P〈0. 05）. In B and C group, the quality of ulcer healing was signifcantly higher than that in A group （ P 〈0.05 ）, whereas C group showed higher quality when compared with B group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Rebamipide combined Weifuchun on HP negative peptic ulcer can relieve clinical symptoms effectively, elevate the rate and quality of ulcer healing. This kind of treatment is worth of pushing and spreading.
