The Development of Sport Right Equalization for New Citizens and Citizens

对安徽、河北、黑龙江、浙江四省新城市与城市居民体育权利现状进行调查。结果显示:新城市与城市居民体育权利在场地设施、健身环境、政府宣传和居民自身意识上均存在不均等现象。探讨新城市与城市居民体育权利不均等的原因,提出相应措施:完善新城市居民体育权利相关法律及参与体育活动的管理制度;增加新城市居民参与体育活动的资金投入;加大新城市居民体育场地、设施扩建力度等。

This thesis has done the research on the present situation of sport right between the new citizens and citizens in four provinces including Anhui, Hebei, Heilongjiang and Zhejiang. The results show that there exists inequality in sport venue and facilities, fitness environment, government promotion and the selfawareness between new citizens and citizens. On the basis above the causes of inequality are explored as well. It suggests that related laws of sport right and management system of sport participation for new citizens should be completed; the funding should be increased for citizens to take part in physical exercises and sport venue as well as facility construction should be improved, etc.
