Based on investigating the basic conditions,information behavioral characteristics and obstacle factors for grass-roots physicians to utilize medical information, this paper analyzes the advantages of the library of medical college in carrying out the information literacy education for grass-roots physicians,and probes into the innovative approaches and methods for the library of medical college to provide information literacy education for grass-roots physicians in all media era.
