摘要
了解和掌握读者心理,有针对性地开展读者服务工作,是高校图书馆读者服务工作的一项重要内容。介绍了图书馆研究读者心理的重要意义,阐述了按读者心理区分的读者类型,提出了根据读者心理需求做好服务工作的具体措施。
It is an important content of the reader service of university library to understand and grasp readers’ psychology and to carry out the reader service work targetedly. This paper introduces the important significance of library’s study on readers’ psychology, expounds the types of readers according to the readers’ psychology, and puts forward some concrete measures for doing well reader service according to readers’ psychological needs.
