The public library, being as an important platform of sharing the information resources, shows the stronger ability of sharing under the network environment, and based on visual angle of improving the public reading attention, the public library under the network environment should give full play to itself’s information sharing function, that becoming one of the important content of public library’s current management. This paper expounds some principles for the public library to improve the public reading attention under the network environment, and analyzes deeply the concrete methods for improving the public reading attention.
