数字环境下图书馆版权问题研究

Study on Copyright Issue of the Library in the Digital Environment

数字技术的进步给图书馆业务的开展带来了机遇,但也带来了各种版权问题。分析了网络环境下图书馆面临的主要版权问题以及处理版权问题时遇到的困难,提出了图书馆解决版权问题的相关措施。

The progress of digital technology brings not only opportunities to the development of library service, but also various copyright problems to the library. This paper analyzes some main copyright problems faced by the library in the network environment and some difficulties in dealing with the copyright problems, and puts forward some corresponding measures for solving library’s copyright problems.
