摘要
轨道式登船桥分动门架行走机构在实现传统的行走机构功能时,还需要驱动顺岸通道的伸缩。因此在进行分动门架行走机构的设计计算时,不仅要克服各自门架自重和载荷产生的摩擦力,还应考虑顺岸通道的运行阻力的影响,在行走机构驱动轮产生的粘着力必须大于运行阻力的前提下,对分动门架行走机构整体结构和机构的特性进行分析研究,提出分动门架行走机构独立运行的设计计算问题的解决措施。
The respectively moving portal frame mechanism of the rail - mounted boarding bridge should have the functions of stretching out and drawing back in the channel alongshore while it has the conventional traveling function. So when doing the design calculation for the mechanism, designer should considers not only the active force that can overcome the friction generated by the frames dead weight and their loads, but also the effect by running resistance in the channel alongshore. In condition of the adhesion from driving wheel of traveling gear must being greater than the running resistance, this paper makes an analysis on features of the overall structure and the gear of the respectively moving portal frame mechanism, and gives a solution for the mechanism to the design calculation in independently running.
