全自动火车卡散料螺旋平料机在港口的应用

The Application of Full Automatic Spiral Flattening Machine for Particulate Materials of Open Railway Carriage in the Port

针对人工式平料存在平料效率低、平料效果差、人工平料成本高昂和安全系数低等问题,结合国内火车卡平料技术现状,开发了一种全自动火车卡散料螺旋平料机。该设备利用螺旋横向输料及纵向推料的原理实现火车物料的平整,很好地解决了火车卡平料存在的问题。在港口实际应用过程中体现出该设备平料效果好、效率高、自动化程度高等优点。

In the light of the problems existed in the artificial flattening operation of particulate materials, such as low efficiency, poor flattening effect, high cost of artificial flattening operation and low safety factor, combining the current situation of domestic flattening technology for particulate materials of open railway carriage, a kind of full automatic spiral flattening machine for particulate materials of open railway carriage is studied and developed. This device uses spiral to complete transverse feeding and longitudinal pushing as the working principle to achieve the flattening operation of the par- ticulate materials in the railway carriage, which well solved the problems existed in the particulate materials flattening oper- ation of open railway carriage. Some advantages are reflected in the practical application of the port, which are good flatten- ing effect, high efficiency, high automation and so on.
