This paper describes the single ship cost metric system is established by using information technology. The system analysis of handling resources＇configuration ensure the normal schedule ship and handling efficiency, as well as provides the basis data for the optimal in investment of handling equipment and human resources, and ensure the terminal obtain the maximize profits on each ship, reduce operating costs, reduce carbon emissions, create green port.
