摘要
关系型领导是从整个组织出发,致力于构建沟通自由、组织成员相互信任的组织关系、致力于组织和个人共同目标达成的一种领导行为。包容性、授权、目标达成、道德和过程导向是关系型领导的基本因素。关系型领导具有四个特征:关系型领导处于组织的各种关系之中,以对话的方式进行领导,以回应和责任对关系进行整合,重视在参与中进行学习和实践。在教育管理中提升关系型领导力应该重视教职工代表大会在学校中的地位和作用,重视学生参与学校管理和决策,营造良好的校生关系,加强学校组织和社会的交流与合作。
Starting from the whole organization, relational leadership is a kind of leadership behaviour aimed at both constructing the organizational relationship where communication is free and members trust each other and achieving the common objectives of the organization and individuals. Regarding the containment, authorization, goal attainment, morality and process as the basic e^ements of analyzing relational leadership, we can summarize four characteristics of relational leadership: being among the various relations.of organization, exercising leadership through dialogue, integrating relations with response and responsibility and emphasizing learning and practice through participation. To promote the relational leadership in the management of education, it is necessary to attach importance to the role and function of faculty and trade union in schools, and the students' involvement in the school management and decision-making, as well as to create a good school-student relationship and strengthen the exchange and cooperation between school organization and society.
