摘要
进城务工群体是一个具有流动性质的群体,主要由经济社会发展相对落后的农村地区向城市地区转移,进城务工群体人力资本的形成是一个复杂的系统运作过程。以人本发展经济学为理论工具,城镇化过程中进城务工群体人力资本的提升应在目的上注重"完满个人"的塑造,途径上注重教育制度的创新与变革,内容上基于"需求层次理论"进行体系设计。
The rural migrant group is a group with flow property, which transferring from rural areas with relatively backward on the economic development to the city area. The Human capital promotion of the rural migrant group is a complex systemic operation process. With the economics of human development as a theoretical tool, we should focus on shaping a "full man" on the target, the innovation of the education system, and for the design of content system "based on the Maslow' s hierarchy of needs" during the exploration on the human capital promotion strategy of the rural migrant groun.
