摘要 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确提出要"完善国家考试科目试题库",题库的监测与评估成为题库建设的重要内容。考试机构应从题库管理制度建设、计算机系统的软硬件建设、题库管理软件质量、题库试题质量、经济投入等方面加强题库的监测与评估,通过建立题库管理制度的审查机制、题库试题质量的跟踪机制、题库试题属性的评估机制、计算机系统的检测机制和财经审核机制等对题库进行监测与评估,保证题库建设工作的顺利进行。 The National Outline for Chinese Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020) puts forward "perfecting the national test bank", so monitoring and evaluation of test laank has become an important part in the construction of test bank. We can strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of test bank through the construction of management system, the construction of computer system software and hardware, the quality of test bank management soft- ware, the quality of test items as well as the economic investment. And we can monitor and evaluate the test bank by estab- lishing the mechanisms of examining the management system, tracking down the quality of test bank, evaluating the at- tribute of test items, testing the computer system and auditing the finance.
