盐酸汽提塔再沸器改造

摘要 针对盐酸汽提塔管壳式石墨立式热虹吸再沸器在运行中出现的问题,结合圆块孔换热器的特点,应用新型分体式圆块孔石墨再沸器替代原管壳式石墨再沸器。 Problems in the running of shell and tube graphite vertical thermosiphon reboiler used in hydrochloric acid desorption tower were introduced. Combined with the characteristics of cylindrical block graphite exchanger, a new split type cylindrical block graphite reboiler is applied to replace the original tube type reboiler.
