摘要
变压器油是油浸电力变压器内部重要的绝缘介质,其性能优劣对变压器的电气性能和运行寿命有直接影响。传统的物理化学方法对脏污变压器油的净化效果有限,且难以满足现场在线净化的需求。直流陡脉冲复合电场在线净化变压器油能够很好地解决上述净油方法的一些不足。本文以小龙坎变电站运行17年的110kV电力变压器油为研究对象,基于正交实验方案设计了直流陡脉冲复合电场的9组不同参数组合进行脏污变压器油的净化实验,分析得出了复合电场参数主次顺序以及一组最优参数组合。接着本文在上述得出的最优参数组合基础上分别采用单一变量法对脉宽因素和脉冲电压因素进行了研究,并对处理后的变压器油的工频介质损耗因数进行测定,得出以上因素对直流陡脉冲复合电场净化变压器油效果的影响。
Transformer oil is an important internal insulating medium for immersed power transformers and its per-formance has a direct impact to the transformer electrical performance and operating life. Traditional physical and chemical methods for the purification of contaminated transformer oil have a limited effect and it is difficult to purify online. Using DC-steep pulse field to purify transformer oil online can be a good way to solve some of the deficien-cies of the above methods. In this paper, we chose the power transformer oil which has been operated in 110kV substation for 17 years as the research object. Based on orthogonal experimental design, the DC-steep pulse field with different parameters has been divided to 9 groups to purify the dirty transformer oil to find out the primary and secondary order of each factor as well as a set of optimal combination of parameters. Then, according to the optimal parameters obtained, the single variable method was used to study pulse width and pulse voltage factors. Dielectric loss was measured to judge the purification effect.
