基于重要客户供电可靠性管理的过程管理运用分析

摘要 目前,民用电的供应量在不断增加,用电客户的需求也比较复杂,更多重要的客户出现在了供电网络中。为了确保供电质量,应从重点客户入手,对电网的用电可靠性进行有效管理,其中,可以利用过程化的管理模式,针对计划设计、检修管理、规划控制等进行全面管理,以此提高用电可靠性的管理效果。 At present, the public electricity supply in increasing customer demand for electricity is also more complex, more important client appeared in the power supply network. To ensure the quality of power supply, we should start with key customers, the reliability of the electricity grid for effective management, which can take advantage of the process management model, to conduct a comprehensive management plan for the design, maintenance management, planning and control, etc., in order to raise electricity reliability of management effectiveness.
