摘要
基于井东煤业4402综放面骑跨9煤大巷群的特殊开采条件,为减小大巷群的变形,保障矿井安全高效生产,提出了不等强让压支护技术体系,在确定受采动影响强烈需控巷道段的基础上,采用注浆锚杆+让压锚杆+鸟巢锚索+钢带+金属网+喷浆的组合式动态方案加固大巷群,现场应用表明,加固后大巷群围岩变形小,围岩稳定,取得了良好的支护效果。
Aiming at the special mining condition of stadding No. 9 coal seam tunnel groups in 4402 fully mecha- nized caving face of Jingdong Coal Industry Co. and in order to decrease the harmful deformation of tunnel groups and guarantee the safety and high efficiency production of coal mines, the authors propose the unequal strong yielding support technology system with a combined dynamic scheme of grouting bolt--yielding bolt--bird--nest anchor-- steel belt--metal mesh-- shotcrete to strengthen tunnel groups on the basis of determining the influ- ence of mining on controlled lane. The field application shows that rock deformation of tunnel groups was small with stablility and good support effect.
