摘要
郑煤集团告成煤矿是高瓦斯矿井,如何提高底板瓦斯抽放巷掘进速度是当前矿井面对的主要难题之一。在25001工作面上巷底板瓦斯抽放巷施工过程中,结合现场实际情况,通过改进设备配置、提高施工组织管理水平、修改爆破参数等技术措施,有效缩短施工工序的循环时间,提高了循环率,通过改进工程施工中的爆破参数,实现了最佳爆破效果,提高了掘进速度,取得岩巷单月掘进130m的效果,为实现煤巷快速掘进提供了安全保证,缓解矿井采掘接替紧张局面。
How to improve the excavation speed of floor gas drainage roadway is one of difficult problems for Gaocheng Colliery,Zhengzhou Mining Industry Group Co. ,with high gas. In the practical construction of floor gas drainage roadway of brattice way at 25001 face, circulation time of construction procedure has been effectively shortened and circulation rate has been improved by improving equipment configuration and construction organization level and correcting blasting parameters. By improving the blasting parameter of project construction, the perfect blasting efficiency and excavation speed of 130 m per month of rock roadway have been realized, which provided safety guarantee for rapid excavation of roadway and released the close quarters situation of mining- excavation relay of coal mines.
