摘要
副井变压器、副井车房、筛子电机相连地域内无较强电磁干扰时绞车控制回路利用主井变压器相线、副井变压器零线、大地形成电流通道。筛子电机短路脉冲通过井架钢结构地基干扰该地域内的副井变压器零线,使PLC电控异常。该回路改用主井变压器零线后杜绝了同类故障。
In the area connecting the transformer and vehicle room of auxiliary shaft and sieve motor free from in terference of strong electromagnet,the current channel is formed by the phase line of main shaft transformer, the zero line of auxiliary shaft and the earth in the control circuit of winch, in which the short pulse of sieve motor in terferes the zero line of auxiliary shaft through the steel--structure foundation of headframe,making the PLC electric control anomaly. The authors suggest the replacement by the zero line of main shaft transformer in the circuit, which can prevent the similar faults.
