摘要
某选煤厂近年由于开采煤层变化,导致该厂煤泥水处理系统中二段浓缩池高灰细煤泥沉降困难、循环水不能满足现场要求,本文在分析该厂煤泥特性的基础上,对选用的不同种类絮凝剂和凝聚剂进行沉降试验。通过对比沉降速度、上清透光率和沉积物高度,得出最佳的药剂配比。
Coal seam variation results in the difficulty of high--ash fine slime precipitaion and circulating water unsatisfied with the field requirements in two--step thickener of slime--water treatment system in certain coal preparation plant. By analysis of the slime characteristics,the authors make precipitation experiments on the dif ferent kinds of flocculant and coagulant,which helps elicit the best agent proportioning by comparing the precipi- tation speed,the supernatant tansmittance and the sediment height.
