摘要
通过现场实测,掌握了三软煤层21090综采工作面的来压步距、来压强度、动载系数、煤壁片帮和活柱下缩变化等矿压显现规律,分析了采场液压支架的适应性。提出提高支架初撑力、加快推进速度和利用矿压显现规律提前加固煤壁和顶板等安全措施来控制片帮和顶板冒漏,该研究成果为宁庄井三软煤层的安全开采提供了科学实测依据。
Through field observation,the authors have obtained the strata behavior regularities, such as the step distance and intensity of pressure,the dynamic load coefficient,the rib spalling of coal wall and the descending changes of upper prop at 21090 fully mechanized working face with three--soft coal seam. By analysis of the adaptability of the hydraulic supports,the authors also propose some safety measures to control the rib spalling and roof falling by improving the setting load, accelerating the propulsion speed, and strengthening the coal wall and roof,which provides a scientific basis for the safety mining the three--soft coal seam in Ningzhuang Colliery
