摘要
通过盆栽试验,研究了铅胁迫对12份禾本科牧草种质材料苗期株高、分蘖数、生物量、叶绿素及其脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的耐铅性差异。结果表明:随着铅浓度的增加,12份禾本科牧草的叶绿素含量和地下生物量显著降低;株高、分蘖数、地上生物量表现出先上升后下降的趋势。选出的4份材料中,脯氨酸和MDA含量逐渐升高,而SOD呈现先上升后下降的趋势。通过隶属函数法对12份禾本科牧草种质的耐铅性进行综合评价,耐铅性较好的种是多年生黑麦草、其次是披碱草、无芒雀麦、鹅观草和高羊茅,耐铅性最差的种是长穗冰草。
A pot experiment was made to study the differences of lead Tolerance by lead stress on 12 torage grasses of plasm heights,tiller numbers,biomass,chlorophyll,proline,malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD).The results showed that the chlorophyll content and the below ground biomass of the 12 forage grasses decreased significantly with increase of lead concentration ;the plant heights,the tiller numbers and the above ground biomass decreased after the first rise.Among the four selected materials,the proline and MDA increased,while SOD showed a downward trend after the first rise.According to the membership function,a comprehensive evaluation was made on the cadmium resistance of the 12 forage grasses:the perennial ryegrass has the best lead resistance,and then followed by Elymus,smooth bromegrass,Roegneria and Tall Fescue,while Agropyron has the worst lead resistance.
