摘要
通过水培的方法,研究不同浓度镉胁迫对1年生黑麦草种子萌发及幼苗初期脯氨酸、叶绿素、抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明:在低浓度胁迫下,100 ~ 300 mg/L Cd2+促进1年生黑麦草种子的萌发,在高浓度胁迫下,400~500 mg/LCd2+明显抑制种子的萌发及根和芽的生长,且对根的抑制作用大于芽的抑制作用;高浓度Cd2胁迫对叶绿素的合成有明显的抑制作用;在200 mg/L Cd2+胁迫浓度下,叶片中脯氨酸含量明显增加,随Cd2+胁迫浓度增加,叶片脯氨酸含量降低;在不同的Cd2胁迫浓度下,抗氧化物酶也表现出先升高后降低的趋势.随镉胁迫浓度增加,镉对1年生黑麦草幼苗的毒害作用增加.
Through hydroponic method,research on effects of Cadmium stress on seed germination,proline,chlorophyll and antioxidant enzymes of initial growth in Annual Ryegrass.The results showed that:under the stress of low concentration,100-300 mg/L Cd2 + promoted seed germination of annual ryegrass,under the stress of high concentration,400-500 mg/L Cd2+ had obvious inhibitory effect on the seeds germination and root length,seedling length,and inhibition of root was greater than the sprout inhibition; the Cd2+ stress of high concentration had a significant inhibitory effect on the synthesis of chlorophyll;in 200 mg/L Cd2+ stress concentrations,Proline content of leaves increased significantly;the proline content of leaves reduced with the increase of concentration of Cd2 + stress ; Under the different concentration of Cd2 + stress,antioxidant enzymes also showed different resistance.With the increase of the concentration of Cd2+ stress,effects of Cd toxicity increased in initial growth of annual ryegrass.
