玉米叶水浸提液对5种杂草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了不同浓度的玉米叶水浸提液对徐州地区5种常见田间杂草(大巢菜、野老鹳草、麦仁珠、野燕麦、猪秧秧)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的玉米叶水浸提液对5种杂草种子的萌发具有抑制作用,仅较低浓度(≤20 g/L)的玉米叶水浸提液促进大巢菜和猪秧秧种子的萌发;不同浓度的玉米叶水浸提液对5种杂草幼苗的根长、芽长和相对干重均有明显的抑制作用,且根长和芽长与玉米叶水浸提液的浓度呈负相关关系。 An experiment was carried out to explore effects of water soluble extract of maize leaf on the seed germination and seedling growth of Vicia gigantean bge,Geranium carolinianum L.,Galium tricorne stroke,Avena fatua L.and Galium aparine L.The results showed that the water soluble extract of maize leaf inhabited the seed germination of five weeds,except the concentrations under 20 g/L which increased the seed germination rate of Vicia gigantean bge and G alium aparine L.;the root length,shoot length and relative dry seedling weight of five weeds decreased significantly with the increased of water soluble extract concentration of maize leaf,and there was a negative correlation between the root length,shoot length and the water soluble extract concentration of maize leaf.
