粗轧机机械压下抱闸液压系统优化

摘要 为减少中厚板生产线粗轧机机械压下抱闸液压系统的滞后时间,设计了新的阀块以取代原阀块,并缩短阀块与抱闸之间的距离,减缓因管路的沿程压力损失和局部压力损失带来的液压系统滞后特性,使机械压下马达转速为零至抱闸夹紧时间间隔缩短了0.3s。 To short the response time of the mechanical screw down brake hydraulic system in roughing mill of plate rolling line, the original valve was replaced by a new designed valve, the distance between the valve and brake was shortened. The response time was decreased by 0.3s.
