摘要
以水解酸化与改良型A/O法为主体工艺,通过对A/O系统泥水回流方式等进行改良,并添加不同填料后,系统考察了对实际电镀废水尾水的处理效果。结果表明,在电镀废水尾水中添加部分生活污水后,随着混合废水可生化性的提高,废水处理效率也随之升高。在混合废水(电镀废水物化出水和生活污水体积比为1:3),HRT=18h的条件下,系统对COD、NH3-N、TN的去除率分别为83%、98%和80%。同时,系统内添加火山岩及组合填料后,既能增加系统内污泥含量,防止污泥流失,同时能显著增强系统对电镀废水中有机物与氨氮的去除效果。
Main process was consisted by hydrolysis acidification and innovated A/O process. This study showed the treatment of electroplating tailwater by innovating the methods of mud reflow and adding different fillers. The result indicated: the biodegradability was increased by adding sewage into electroplating tailwater. Meanwhile, the efficiency of the treatment of wastewater was increased. When the volume ratio of electroplating tailwater and sewage was 1:3, as well as hydraulic retention time was 18 h, the removal rate of COD, NH3-N, TN was 83%, 98%, 80%. Furthermore, the dosing volcanic and combined packing caused the increase of sludge content and the ability to enhance capabilities of removing organics and NH;N.
