摘要
以某造纸厂废水处理工程为例,介绍了气浮.水解酸化.生物接触氧化-气浮工艺在造纸废水处理中的应用。厂内造纸废水量为750m3/d,COD为600~2400mg/L,BOD5为125~585mg/L,SS质量浓度为650~2400mg/L,色度为450~900倍,经生化处理后,出水COD、BOD,分别为79.5mg/L、20-3mg/L,出水SS质量浓度为29mg/L,色度为48倍。出水可迭GB3544--2008排放要求。废水处理成本为0.60元/m3,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
The application of air flotation-hydrolysis acidification-biological contact oxidation-air flotation process to treat the papermaking wastewater was introduced .The results showed that when the influent flux, COD, BOD5 and SS ofpapermaking wastewater were 750 m3/d, 600~2 400 mg/L, 125~ 585 and 650~2 400 mg/L, respectively, the average effluent COD, BOD5 and SS were 79.5, 20.3 and 29 mg/L, respectively. The chroma of effluent was 48, which met the discharge standard ofwater pollutants for pulp and paper industry (GB3544--2008). The treatment cost was about 0.60 yuan/m3, which has good economic and environment benefits.
