MBR工艺在小区再生水工程中的应用

摘要 某市滨河小区再生水工程设计规模为400m3/d,采用膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺。实践证明,系统出水稳定,出水水质满足GB/T18920-2002和GB/T18921-2002)的要求,并且操作简单、运行费用低;项目建成运营后,运行费用为1.12元/m3,每年节约新鲜用水量为146×103m3,年净收益达25.99万元,可取得较好的经济效益。 The project of reclaimed water whose design scale is 400 m3/d adopts the membrane bioreactor (MBR) process, the practice has proved that the effluent quality of the system is stability and satisfies the requirements of the GB/T 18920--2002 and the GB/T 18921 --2002, and the operation of the process is simply and costs lowly. The operation cost was 1.12 Yuardm3, 146×10^3 m3 of fresh water was saved each year. The annual net income of the project reaches 259 900 Yuan after the project is put into operation and can achieve better economic benefit.
