论教育现代化背景下教师培训的专业化

Promoting the Professionalized Teacher's Training under the Circumstance of Education Modernization

在教育现代化背景下如何促进教师专业发展,它需要创新教师培训模式,促进培训专业化发展来实现。因此教师培训专业化已经成为教育现代化中重要的研究课题。文章通过对中学教师培训专业化建设的研究,认为推进中学教师培训专业化需要通过建立教师培训制度、培训标准和开发培训资源、课程等来实现。

Under the circumstances of education modernization, it requires an innovative mode of teacher＇s training to promote its specialization in order to fulfill the professionalization. Thus, the specialization of the teacher＇s training has become an important research topic of educational modernization. Based on the research of professionalized middle school teacher＇s training, this pa- per proposed that professionalization of teacher＇s training could be realized through the establish- ment of teacher＇s training rules, standards, resources and curriculum, etc.
