如何使教师培训“三位一体”互动发展

摘要 管理者、培训者和参训者是增强教师培训实效性的关键要素。"三者不是孤立的存在,而是相辅相成、相互支撑、共同发展的关系,应该努力构建合力立交桥,赋予每次培训更加丰富的内涵和新意,在培训过程中相互学习、相互推动与共同发展,以此推动教师培训效益最大化。 Administrators, trainers and trainees are the essential parts to enhance the effective- ness of teacher's training. They are not isolated to each other. Instead, they are complementary, mutually supportive and foster the common development. Therefore, efforts should be made to build the overpass together, giving each training more in-depth content and ideas, so that they will learn from each other in the training process, and mutually promote common development. In this way, the teacher's training could bring the maximum outcomes.
