摘要
中小学教师的心理健康教育能力是教师能力结构中不可或缺的重要因素,也是当前教师培训的重要内容。中小学教师的心理健康教育能力的培养有其自身的特点,培训机构在培训内容选择上要立足培训需求调研,提高培训的针对性;在培训方式和形式上注重互动和体验,增强培训的实效性;在培训考核上要强化自主和生成,使培训真正体现专业自主发展的特征。
Mental health education ability is an indispensable professionalism for primary and middle school teachers, which is also the important content of the current teacher training. The training for this ability has its own characteristics, such as the training content should be based on the research of training needs in order to improve training pertinence. Also great attentions should be paid to the interaction and experience during training to enhance the effectiveness. Meanwhile, the training evaluation should reflect the characteristics of generation and self-development.
