摘要
把继续教育作为教育生态系统中的一个子系统,可以采用重视整体性、多样性、开放性和持续性的生态文明理念对其进行审视,剖析当前继续教育所存在的问题。分析结果显示,产生问题的根源主要包括国内经济环境对继续教育发展的束缚、教育市场化改革对继续教育发展的冲击、传统教育体制对继续教育发展的阻碍及人性弱点对继续教育参与者行为的制约。基于生态文明建设视角分析继续教育问题表征与根源,有助于为探究继续教育的发展理念与发展机制提供新的视角,从而促进我国继续教育的健康发展。
To take the continuing education as a sub-system of educational system, it is safe to a- dopt the integral, diverse, open and sustainable ecological civilization perspective to examine and explore the problems existing in the current continuing education. The research found out that the deeply-rooted reasons for these problems included the restriction imposed by the domestic economy, the impact from the education marketing reform, the hinder caused by the traditional educational system, and the constraints of humankind's weakness. This paper provided a new perspective to the research of the concept development and mechanisms of continuing education based on the analysis on the problems representation and causes from the ecological civilization perspective.
