摘要
本文从成人学生的工学矛盾出发,分析了成人学生的认知规律,认为传统教学模式与数字网络教学模式的混合有助成人提高学习时间的利用率,对提高成人学习质量有正面积极的作用。本文论证了适合混合式教学的网络课程建设的内涵,以及管理模式的改革要点。这种成人教育混合式教学模式是维持现有成人教育生存与发展的必然趋势。
Based on the conflict between adult students' working and learning, this article analy- zes the cognitive law of adult students. It argues that the blend of traditional teaching model and digital networks will help improving the utilization of their learning time and enhance the quality of adult learning. It also demonstrates the online courses construction of suitable blending teaching model, as well as the key points of reform in the management mode. This adult education blended learning mode is the inevitable trend to maintain the survival and development of the existing adult education.
