基于GIS的农村居民点整理模式的选择——以郧西县为例

Choice of the consolidation mode of rural residential based on GIS:taking Yunxi County as an example

基于GIS构建了农村居民点整理模式选择的方法.首先,利用Voronoi图空间分割的特性,将现状居民点进行初步分类;然后,综合考虑自然环境、社会经济等因素,构建农村居民点的建设适宜性评价指标体系,通过层次分析法确定了评价指标因子的权重,并基于GIS的空间分析功能,对建设适宜性进行分区;最后,结合分类与分区的结果,选择农村居民点整理模式.基于该方法,实证研究了郧西县农村居民点整理模式.结果表明,30.02%的现状居民点选择城乡一体化整理模式;17.35%的现状居民点选择中心村整理模式;44.43%的居民点选择村内合建整理模式;8.20%的居民点选择搬迁整理模式.

Based on GIS ,a method of consolidation mode of rural residential choice was structured . First ,using the space partitioning feature of Voronoi diagram ,it classified the current rural residential area initially ;then , considering natural environmental and socioeconomic factors , it built a index system of construction suitability evaluation of rural residential area ,and determined the rights of evaluation factors by factor analysis method ,and based on GIS spatial analysis ,it had a partition on the rural residential area according to the construction suitability ;At last ,it led the selection of residential consolidation mode , combined with the results of classification and partition . By this method ,the author studied the consolidation mode of rural residential of Yunxi ,the analysis results showed that 30 .02% of the current residential chose the urban and rural residential consolidation mode;17 .35% chose central village consolidation mode ;44 .43% chose joint construction consolidation mode in village ;8 .20% chose relocation consolidation mode .
