摘要
通过人均用地标准法和修正系数法测算十堰市2010—2020年农村居民点整治的理论潜力和现实潜力,用聚类分析法进行潜力分区,并提出整治方向.结果表明:测算期内全市农村居民点整治的理论潜力和现实潜力分别为17 900.53hm2和6 400.92hm2,影响十堰市农村居民点整治的主要因素为固定资产投资、GDP及居民点用地人均超占量.全市农村居民点用地可划为城市用地集约区、城镇化与生态建设协调区、经济发展与耕地保护优化区3个潜力类型区,各区农村居民点整治应因地制宜、有序推进.
Estimated theoretical and realistic consolidation potentials of rural residential areas of Shiyan City in 2010-2020 through per capita land standards method and modified coefficient method , and clustering analysis was used to potentials divided ,offered different consolidation directions .The findings show that the theoretical potential of the areas is 17 900 .53 hm2 ,w hile the realistic potential is 6 400 .92 hm2 .T he main factors affecting the realistic potential for investment in fixed assets ,GDP and the quantity of residential areas per capita than standard .T he rural residential areas of the region can be divided into city intensive land utilization zone , urbanization and ecological construction coordination area plus economic development and farmland protection optimization zone , the consolidation should be carried out orderly and in line with the conditions of the zones .
