基于IPA方法的世界文化遗产地旅游解说系统的优化研究——以西藏罗布林卡为例

Research on Optimizing Tourist Interpretation System in World Cultural Heritage by Using IPA——Take Norbulingka as an Example

随着旅游业的发展,世界文化遗产地受到许多游客的喜爱,而文化遗产地旅游解说系统的优化对该地区经济、文化的发展具有极大的指导作用。文章采用IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)方法,以世界文化遗产地──罗布林卡为例,基于游客角度,对其旅游解说系统的重要性和绩效值进行研究,阐明游客对罗布林卡旅游解说系统重要性和绩效表现的差异,并提出了相应建议。

With the development of tourism, the World Cultural Heritage is favored by many tourists. Optimizing tourist interpretation system in World Cultural Heritage is playing an important role in the devel-opment of economy and culture. Based on the perspective of tourists, doing research on the importance and performance of tourist interpretation system, this paper explains the difference of importance and perfor-mance in the tourist interpretation system of Norbulingka and gives the corresponding suggestions, by using the method of IPA （Importance-Performance Analysis）and taking the example of World Cultural Heritage, Norbulingka.
