标本兼治意义中的先进性政党建设——兼论思想建设与作风建设的内在逻辑

Building of Political Party with Advanced Nature to Remedy Both Symptoms and Root-causes——On Internal Logic of Ideological Building and Work-style Building

马克思主义政党的先进性是历史价值含义与本质属性含义的统一,它更深刻地表现在其政党本质的属性规定上。保持和发展党的先进性,必须注重党的建设各个方面的内在统一,加强"五位一体"全面推进的整体协调。思想建设放在首要位置,作风建设具有突出位置,两者指向不同,但有着内在的逻辑关系,统一于党的先进性和纯洁性建设。党的建设中,注重性质、宗旨、价值取向,具有治本的意义。作为党的外在形象,作风建设具有治标的意义。群众路线教育实践活动聚焦转变党风,侧重治标但不止于治标。重治标不放治本,融治本于治标之中,标本兼治是党的建设长期坚持的思路,尤其要贯彻于群众路线教育实践活动的始终。

The advanced nature of Marxist party is the unity of the meaning of historical value and the meaning of es- sential value, which is more profoundly demonstrated in the essential attributes of the party. Maintaining and developing the party＇s advanced nature requires the internal unity of all aspects in building the party organization and reinforcement of the overall coordination to achieve ＂five-in-one＂ development. Ideological building should be given the top priority, and work- style building should receive due attention. The two aspects show different orientations, yet they are bound with an internal logic and unified in the building of advanced nature and purity of the party. In the process of party building, it is conducive to remedy root-causes of problems to pay attention to nature, principle and values. As the external image of the party, work-style helps remedy symptoms. The ＂Mass-line Education and Practice＂ focuses on the shift of the party＇s work-style, showing more emphasis on the remedy of symptoms, yet it is by no means confined to this purpose. The principle of ＂Rem- edying symptoms while addressing root-causes, integrating treatment of both symptoms and root-causes, and achieving dual results of remedying symptoms and root-causes＂ has been the long-term guideline for party building, especially during the implementation of the ＂＇ Mass-line Education and Practice＂ program.
