摘要 为了研究滑片泵进、出口压力对其内流特性的影响,采用计算流体力学软件Star-cd对某一航空发动机的滑油泵内部流场进行了数值模拟,利用Star-cd用户子程序功能调用自编程序,实现滑片泵运动区域的网格重构和叶片与定子间隙的网格生成,空化模型选择Rayleigh模型,湍流模型选择Menter SST k-ω模型,计算得到了滑片泵在不同进、出口压力状态下的流量。对计算结果分析表明:滑片泵在工作过程中,瞬态进口流量波动较小,而出口流量有较大的波动;进口压力增加,空化区域减小,流量明显增加;出口压力增加,从压油区回流到封油区的流量增加,空化的溃灭速率增大,使得流量减少,但减小幅度不大。计算结果为滑片泵的优化设计提供了参考依据。 The internal flow of a lubricant vane pump in aircraft engine is simulated using the computa- tional fluid dynamics software Star-cd to estimate the influences of inlet and outlet pressures on its internal flow. A self-compiled code is called by the subroutines of Star-cd to generate the moving mesh of vane pump, especially to capture the gap shape between vane and stator. Rayleigh cavitation model and Mender's SST k-to model are used in the simulation. The calculated flow rates are obtained under different inlet and outlet pressures. The simulation results demonstrate that the transient flow rate at the inlet is stable, while the transient flow rate at the outlet fluctuates significantly. The calculated results also demonstrate that the flow rate increases significantly with the increase in inlet pressure. And with the increase in outlet pressure, the back flow is increased and the collapse velocity of cavitation is also increased, resulting in a small reduction in the flow flux.
