摘要
计及面板和芯材的耦合变形机制以及芯材在三明治梁变形过程中的作用,改进三明治梁的分析模型,并讨论低冲量质量块冲击下两端固支泡沫夹芯梁的动力响应特性。不同于现有的三明治梁分析模型,给出的分析模型在上下面板达到共同速度前计及芯材的弯曲作用。与有限元模拟和实验结果的对比说明,当三明治梁在低冲量质量块撞击下发生整体变形时,分析模型可以更加准确地预测其变形过程。
Considering the coupling effects of face sheets and core, as well as the effects of core material in the deformation of the sandwich beam, an improved analytical model is proposed, and the dynamic re- sponse of a fully clamped sandwich beams under the impact of a low impulsive projectile is discussed. The bending effects of the core before the two face sheets arrive at the same velocity are considered in the proposed analytical model, which is different from the previous sandwich beam model. The comparison of experimental and numerical results indicates that the model can well predict the responses of the sandwich beams, and is available for the situation when the sandwich beam deforms.
