关于建立住院医师培训制度的研讨——三年来的试点分析

An Analysis of the Three Years’Practice in Building Up ahouso-officers Training System in Clinical Medicine

浙江医科大学在省卫生厅领导下,联合杭州市卫生局建立了一整套住院医师培训制度,三年来对19所医院784名住院医师进行试点。结果表明,建立培训制度势在必行,培训必须立足于加强基础培养,要有符合条件的培训基地医院,建立严格的考核制度。要真正建立好这套制度,一些存在的问题还有待于解决。

Under the leadersh'p of the public Health Department of Zhejiang pro- vince,Zhejiang Medical Univerilty and the public Health Burean of Hang- zhou jointly worked out a taining sy(?)tem for young resident doctors through a 3 years practice involved in 174 resident doctors of 18 hospitals,the re- sult of which shows that such a training system is imperative at the moment The training must be based upon building up a sound foundation in medi- cine and conducted in hospitals with eligible conditions,A strict assessment system should be set up,Some existing problems,however,should be well resolved in order to achieve its perfaction.
