摘要 目前,我国肉牛业已经进入到了发展"现代肉牛业"的阶段,其特征是品种专门化、饲养精准化、服务社会化、屠宰工厂化、产品精致化、销售品牌化、消费多元化和发展市场化。探讨了肉牛产业未来发展模式。
