高职院校养殖专业校企合作创新实践

Vocational School-enterprise Cooperation Innovative Practices of Higher Vocational Colleges′ Breeding Major

"校企合作"是一种基于双方需求,共同培养职业人才的教育方式。高职院校养殖类专业实施校企合作能够培养学生的综合能力和素质,是学生步入社会的桥梁和纽带。校企合作方式一般有4种,一是订单培养;二是以"技术为平台"促进人才培养与企业生产共同发展;三是以融入产业链模式实现校企合作;四是校企联合共育人才。校企合作不仅能够促进人才质量提高,还有利于专业建设和课程开发。

“School-enterprise cooperation”is based on mutual needs and common training of professional talents in a way. Higher breeding implement school-enterprise cooperation majors to cultivate students′comprehensive ability and quality of students into the community as a bridge and link. There are four ways for school-enterprise cooperation generally. First was order training;Second was“technology as a platform”to promote personnel training and joint development of production;Third was integration of industrial chain model to achieve school-enterprise cooperation; Fourth was colleges and enterprises totally fertilize talents. School-enterprise cooperation can not only improve the quality of talents, but also be help for professional development and curriculum development.
