摘要
相较传统接触式测量,激光非接触式测量具有无可比拟的优势。提出一种采用激光多普勒效应的零差测振装置,分析多普勒测量原理及光路电路结构,并阐述实现振幅测量的原理与硬件电路设计,以纸盆中央贴有反射镜面的扬声器为振动测量对象,结合初步实验数据给出误差分析。该仪器光路中采用PIN二极管为光电探测器,省去了声光调制器,信号处理电路采用窄脉冲参考鉴频电路,省去复杂的锁相环鉴频器与相敏检波电路,结构简单,性价比高,具有良好的应用前景。
Laser non-contct measurement has incomparable advantages compared with traditional contact measurent. Describes a homodyne device by using of laser Doppler technology. The basic principle of the device is discussed. The structures of the optical system and the electronic system are analyzed. To paper cone central loudspeaker with reflection mirror for vibration measurement object, the experimental results and error source in the measurement are also introduced. The device adopts PIN photodiode and AOM is not used. Signal processing circuit adopt narrow pulse circuit as frequency discrimination circuit,replace complex phase locked loopand phase sensitive detector. It has simple structure,high cost performance and a good application prospect.
