摘要 利用旋转变压器将转矩台铝盘转角值转换为电压信号,由测量终端对电压信号进行采集并通过基于ModBus协议的RS485总线传送至系统后台。系统后台应用面向对象技术,不仅负责数据接收和处理、系数的标定、测量结果的展示并入库存储,还控制终端对旋转变压器励磁信号的输出。试验结果表明,该系统转矩测量的可信度、精确度和稳定度比传统方法有很大提高,并可同时对电机进行动态测量,具有较大的使用和推广价值。 By using resolver, the angle of aluminum dial on torque test-beds is converted into a voltage signal, which is collected by measurement terminal and transmitted based on ModBus to system background Software. System background software apply object-oriented technology, which is not only responsible for receiving and processing data, the coefficient of calibration and measurement results display and data storage, also control the terminal to start excitation signal output of the resolver. The test results show that the torque measurement system have greatly improved in reliability, accuracy and stability than traditional methods, and can dynamically measure the motor, which has greater use and popularization value.
