The last mile problem exiting in logistics distribution has become a bottleneck restricting the development of electronic commerce with the rapid development of e-commerce. The quadruple play mode, which includes virtual network, marketing network, logistics network and service network that are used in Qingdao RRS appliances logistics are introduced in this paper based on Qingdao RRS＇s current operation situation. The benefit of this play mode is also analyzed.
