宁夏南部山区农业生产基础设施落后,水资源利用率和耕地产出率低,农业生产抵御自然灾害的能力薄弱,因此为了加快农业农村经济快速增长,必须对南部山区灌区进行农业综合开发。
The agricultural production infrastructure of southern mountains area of Ningxia is lagging behind, the water resources utilization rate and productivity rate of arable land are low, and the ability to withstand natural disasters is weak. Therefore, in order to accelerate the rapid growth of agriculture and rural economy, it is necessary to carry on comprehensive agricultural development in the southern mountain irrigation area.
