摘要
塑性混凝土是一种柔性建筑材料,以在松散透水地基或坝(堰)体中连续造孔或成槽,用泥浆固壁浇筑混凝土而成,在工程应用中与一般的混凝土防渗墙、灌浆相比,具有弹性模量低,能很好地适应地形的变化、抗压强度不高但防渗效果较好、水泥用量少能降低工程造价、拌和物和易性较好等特点。以南水北调某溶蚀坑处理中的塑性混凝土防渗墙应用为例,阐述其施工控制和应用效果。
Plastic concrete is a kind of flexible construction material to create a pore body or tank continuously in loose pervious foundation or dam (weir), which is made of mud pouring concrete solid wall, compared with the general concrete cutoff wall and grout in engineering applications, plastic concrete is with low modulus of elasticity, good adaptability to changes in terrain, good impervious effect though the compressive strength is not high, less amount of cement to reduce project cost, better mixes workability, ect. Taking the application of plastic concrete cutoff wall in a corrosion pit treatment of south-to-north water diversion for example, the construction control and application effect are described.
