摘要
煤炭市场的"黄金十年"彻底终结,做好绩效考核工作,是新形势下煤炭企业需要重点思考的问题,原有的考核体系与现在的发展形势已经不能适应,需要进行适当的创新和调整。在本文中,作者首先分析了煤炭企业绩效考核存在的问题,接着列出绩效考核的原则,最后提出实施绩效考核的方法。
The "golden decade" of the coal market ends completely, and good performance evaluation work is the focus problem that need thinking by coal enterprises under the new situation. The original performance evaluation system has been unable to meet the need of the current development situation, which needs appropriate innovation and adjustment. In this paper, the author firstly analyzes the problems of periormance evaluation of coal enterprises, then lists the principle of performance evaluation, and finally puts forward the method of implementation of performance evaluation.
