城投债利率的影响因素

Influencing Factors of the City Investment Bond Interest Rate

本文通过收集相关数据,对2012年我国各地方政府机构发行的7年期城投债利率、财政收入、居民消费水平、失业率、居民可支配收入、财政收入占GDP比率、城市等级和信用等级建立多元函数关系,采用回归分析方法,得出城投债利率与这7个指标存在线性关系,确定影响我国城投债利率的因素。

By collecting the related data, this paper establishes the multiple function relationship of the interest rate of 7 years period city investment bond issued by China＆#39;s local government agencies in 2012, the revenue, residents consumption level, unemployment rate, disposable income of residents, ratio of revenue in GDP, city grade and credit grade, and the regression analysis method is used to obtain that there is a linear relationship between the city investment bond interest rate and the 7 indicators and determine the factors that affects the city investment bond interest rate in China.
